Photo Prompts

We write from quotes, personal experiences and exercises. Those methods are cerebral. This one is visual. I will post photos for you to use as a writing prompt. Write your first thoughts upon seeing the photo. Create a short story or poem from the feelings you have around it, write a description, or use the prompts I post on the page.

Prompts can put ideas in your head before you have time to formulate your own, though. I'd rather you dug deep inside to explore your relationship with each photo. So I am going to put the prompts farther down the page. You'll be able to see the photo first, and if it doesn't inspire you or you need a nudge, you can scroll down to my prompts. There is an example below.

I am not going to title these photo prompt pages. That will influence your first thoughts about them. I want you to rawly and freshly look at the photos and write, so these pages are simply numbered.
